COEXISTENCES
Paysages, mers, portraits, fleurs, fruits, natures mortes…
Je pars toujours du réel. Mais la photographie n’est jamais une fin. C’est un point de départ.
Les images sont déplacées, altérées, recomposées. Elles deviennent des espaces où coexistent des états opposés: organique et minéral, matière et esprit, visible et effacé, réel et imaginaire.
Je travaille dans une logique du « et » plutôt que du « ou ». Les contradictions ne s’annulent pas ; elles persistent, se frôlent, se transforment.
Bien que je travaille par séries, je cherche avant tout à construire un univers global, où les images communiquent entre elles, où le regard peut circuler librement d’une nature morte à une mer, d’un portrait à un paysage. À travers ces processus, l’image se trouble. Elle glisse entre abstraction et figuration, entre évidence et incertitude. Ce qui était familier devient instable.
Il ne s’agit pas de représenter le monde, mais d’en déplacer les repères, de faire apparaître des zones ambiguës, ouvertes, indécidables.
Mon travail cherche ainsi une forme de poésie : une poésie des coexistences, où les opposés cessent de s’opposer.

I always begin with the real. But photography is never an end. It is a starting point.
Images are displaced, altered, recomposed. They become spaces where opposing states coexist:
organic and mineral, matter and spirit, visible and erased, real and imagined.
I work within a logic of “and” rather than “or.” Contradictions do not cancel each other out ; they persist, brush against one another, and transform.
Although I work in series, I seek above all to build a cohesive body of work, where images resonate with one another, and where the gaze can move freely from a still life to a seascape, from a portrait to a landscape. Through these processes, the image becomes unsettled. It shifts between abstraction and figuration, between clarity and uncertainty. What was once familiar becomes unstable.
This is not about representing the world, but about displacing its points of reference, revealing ambiguous, open, indeterminate zones.
My work thus seeks a form of poetry: a poetry of coexistence, where opposites no longer oppose one another.
